Personal Information Collection and Use Statement

We are dedicated to protecting your personal information as provided to us and will comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. It is mandatory to provide personal data marked with asterisks in the online forms, including but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number, WeChat ID, and study status. This information is necessary for organizing and administering the 4th AEDSI event, which includes registration, communication, and issuance of certificates.

The collected data will be retained for a period of two years after the conclusion of the event for evaluation and reporting purposes, after which it will be securely deleted.

Please note that you are required to provide the personal data necessary for registration; failure to do so may result in the inability to process your application to participate in the event.

Your personal data may be shared with the organizing institutions of AEDSI, but will not be transferred to any outside parties. 

You have the right to request access to and correction of the information we hold about you. If you believe your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, please inform us. To access or correct your personal data, please contact the Organizing Committee at si@eduhk.hk.
